




This "Let-Us-Take-Over" ad takes a classic approach to explaining RentalHunt's flagship offer to landlords. I wanted to keep things clean, professional, and visually polished. Instead of using humor or creative storytelling, I focused on aesthetics and clarity, ensuring the message came through in a sleek and engaging way.
With a one-week production timeline, I had the time to fine-tune every detail, from animation to sound design, making sure everything felt smooth and well-crafted. The goal was to create something that looks and feels just as reliable as the service itself.
The ad features a vibrant character design style defined by a bold color palette, crisp black line art, and smooth contours. Highlights and shadows are layered onto each figure, giving the characters dimension while keeping the overall look clean and readable. The ad depicts a lively animated crowd, making the style immediately engaging and energetic.
